Equipment Introduction
1. It supports automatic wire cutting, wire stripping, double-end terminal crimping and single-end terminal crimping.
2. High processing speed and efficiency: 3200 pieces per hour for wires of 150 mm in length.
3. The power system adopts imported Mitsubishi servo motors from Japan; linear guides, slides and lead screws use THK parts; all pneumatic components are SMC products.
4. All components are procured and customized in accordance with top-tier standards, ensuring the overall reliability, durability and precision of the machine.
Supplementary Notes: The machine processes various terminals including flag terminals and loose terminals, and supports single-end crimping with half-stripping or full-stripping.

Equipped with pressure detection, terminal appearance and wire stripping monitoring systems. It inspects the crimping quality of each terminal in real time and rejects defective products automatically, with a pass rate over 99.8%.

A vibration plate can be installed to meet the feeding requirements of loose terminals and continuous strip terminals.

Adopts touch screen operation panel with one-click parameter recall. New operators can get familiar with operation after half-day training, and one operator can manage multiple machines simultaneously.
