Technical Features of Full-Automatic Three-Wire Combined Terminal Crimping & Buckling Machine

1. Capable of riveting three wire segments of different colors, wire gauges and lengths together with wire buckle terminals; different types of terminals can be crimped onto the tail end of each wire segment.

2. Enables heat-shrinkable tube threading onto Side C before terminal crimping.

3. Horizontal and vertical die clamps are universally applicable to all three working ends and can be switched for use quickly.

4. Equipped with a wire twisting device at the ends of the two wires prior to wire buckle crimping, which improves the success rate of wire buckle crimping and prevents copper wire strands from fraying and protruding.

5. Wire cutting length, stripping length and insulation crimping depth are all controlled by touch screen numerical control. It is easy to learn and understand, allowing operators to master the operation proficiently after a short training period.

6. Optional pressure monitoring systems and other testing devices can be installed.

7. Conveyor belts can be added as an auxiliary device for processing long wires.
