1. The power system adopts imported Mitsubishi servo motors from Japan and THK/HIWIN ball screws & linear guide rails, featuring stable performance, high precision and long service life.

2. Integrated Automatic Processes

It automatically completes wire cutting, wire stripping, double-end terminal crimping, marker tube cutting and marking, as well as double-end marker tube threading to preset positions with single-end heat shrinking.

3. Expandable Detection Functions

It can be equipped with optional terminal visual inspection and terminal crimping force detection systems.

4. User-friendly Numerical Control Operation

Wire cutting length is controlled by touch screen numerical control, and marking content is managed via computer. The operation is easy to learn and master proficiently after a short training session.
